It may well be that on this particular ward it is 4 in 5 but for some reason the BBC put these stories out with Fergus Walsh frequently with no reference to the latest national stats.

If the national picture is 48% then he seems unlucky to always end up on wards with 4 in 5.

Remember unvaccinated is a smaller proportion of the population. If you have two people with similar characteristics the person unvaccinated is at higher risk of admission than the vaccinated

I have no issues with vaccines - I have had 2 myself.
But the BBC News shows seem to be a daily advert for having vaccines but misrepresenting the facts.
