This blog explains differences in results you get either using information from ONS to get population size, or the National Immunisation Service (NIMS).

60x headline does not refer to the whole population - its much lower for other age groups, and possibly lower for 60 to 69 age group if different estimates for unvaccinated are used

Putting that aside, all evidence is unvaccinated more likely to be admitted to hospital and ICU

But its not as simple as just saying if unvaccinated your x times more likely. It will vary depending on if you have previously had Covid, or your underlying health and weight.

For example we know those obese more likely to be admitted too.
