Are super secret agents really sneaking into your private data under the cover of darkness to see how often you go to Dan Murphys?

No, here's what actually happened.

WorkSafe wanted access to QR code data.

The government said not happening, it's private.

1/4
WorkSafe flexed its muscles, but the gov't still said no, so it went to court.

The court sided with gov't. WorkSafe withdrew its application.

The gov't applied for a suppression order so the case would not be politicised and misrepresented by media to mislead Victorians.

2/4
Herald Sun applied to lift the order so that it could do what the gov't said it would do (misrepresent the case to mislead Victorians), because it managed to convince the court it wouldn't do that, but then did it anyway.

No data was ever handed over.

3/4
The new pandemic laws add more protections to your data, even though the previous protections held, because the gov't does not want your private data compromised under any circumstances.

TLDR; Storm in a teacup, political campaign by Herald Sun to fool and scare Victorians.

4/4

THE AGE quietly removes the 'in NSW' bit from its headline about 400 positive cases being told they were negative on Christmas day. Can you imagine if such a thing happened in Victoria?
And now sibling paper SMH uses a photo of a Melbourne hospital for the story.
And multiple reports in replies below that both Channel 9 and Channel 7 bulletins included the story in Vic coverage and omitted that the incident occurred in NSW.

BREAKING: In a development that will shock absolutely nobody, the Myrtleford Magistrates Court has tossed out the QAnon cult charges of treason against Dan Andrews. No doubt Dan is having a massive laugh on his holiday today 🤣 #SpringSt
A "lawyer" outside the court is disappointed with the outcome and has threatened to bring charges of "treason" against the magistrate. He is now trying to sign up police officers to his cause by telling them to do their research at his website: 'jesusislord.melbourne'
Police look on with patience and bewilderment as the man says the crowd will become violent. Not that long ago this man and his peers would've been put in straitjackets and committed to an institution. They enjoy more freedoms now than they ever have before.

QUACK: A "lawyer" bringing "charges" of "treason" against Dan Andrews has asked a police officer to "get on board and start arresting politicians", telling the officer to peruse a website called Jesus is Lord of Melbourne so they can avail themselves of the "facts". #SpringSt

Tim Smith is named as one of the "accused" — he is believed to have put his home on the market and fled the state... So he's a fugitive (in QAnon land) HAHAHAHAHA!

A UAP candidate has told a QAnon / UAP recruiting rally in Melbourne that UAP will establish a "people led" independent process to put journalists on trial and punish them for their reporting. #auspol
The proposal is a chilling nod to dictatorships where media censorship and bans on freedom of speech lead to persecution and prosecution.
A number of speeches at the rally have strongly encouraged civil unrest and suggested civil war. Numbers have shrunk from recent weeks, with around 1,500 turning out so far today.

HAPPENING NOW: Reach Out Pentecostal Church Gold Coast, which "specialises in healing", is holding an anti-vaxxer seminar where those attending are receiving legal briefings from lawyers (who claim to be advisers to Malcolm Roberts) on vaccine mandates, QR codes, etc. #auspol Image
They claim that the omission of mandatory vaccines and QR codes in the constitution means powers to enforce them are null and void. It's sounding somewhat sovereign citizen-like.
They are quoting Greg Hunt as what they claim is proof the vaccines are in "clinical trial phase"; they allege he said exactly that. If he said it, he should correct it and apologise before he slinks off.

A man claiming to be a lawyer is telling the crowd at Parliament he has criminal charges pending against Daniel Andrews because he's a head of a corporation (sovereign citizen stuff) and tells the excited crowd he'll help them get a $3.3M payout each if they've been fined 🙃🤪
He also tells them he's bringing treason charges against public servants, and his case is guaranteed to win. He's now telling the crowd "there's no such thing as councils in Australia" and they're actually all corporations with no actual power. Crowd is swallowing the whole act.
He now tells the crowd that Daniel Andrews should "stop calling it a vaccine and start calling it a bio-weapon" because, he claims, that's exactly what it is. He then asks Rukshan, who is live streaming him, to help him get his message out on social media.
