@Argos_Online dam it you ppl! You've wasted 90mins of my day already & I'm still going round in circles! How on earth can one company be so dammed difficult to use when I'm doing EXACTLY as you ask me to do, order online! I have 3 separate issues from attempts so far today! 01/15

1) I've found the items i want, they're in my trolley! So no, i haven't got an order YET!
WHY? Because i can't get that far!
🤔 I try the chat function, initially it doesn't make sense so i say no to an existing order. So I'm promptly thrown out.

🤬😠yes i am & this is only point 1! All i wanted to do was try to get some answers before i took my dog out! That's gone now & having CF amongst other issues, i can only cope with so much on a day before my body crashes out! So i may not get out & shop either at this rate! 05/15

👎 I've still not spoken to anyone!
👎 I've still not placed an order & even if i ordered it for collection, it'll be Fri or even new year, as 1 appears to be "following day".

Given a preferred method of resolution appears to be NOT talking directly to ppl trying to place orders & i bet you'll never even know how many times your chatbot fails, who know when i might get an answer! I'm sure you'll offer same day, at MY expense!

You, Argos (This isn't personal, far from it!) have utterly failed in a simple matter!
1 i can't collect as I'm not sure where I'm reserving (& it's a 10mi drive to a store!)
2 i can't even pay for the items!
3 i can't talk to you since items in my basket isn't enough! 15/15

➡️ "sorry" is cheap & meaningless but a start!
➡️ Explain why i shouldn't bin you guys like i did Amazon?
