2. Use Twitter, and start tweeting about it everyday aka #buildinginpublic
By building in public, you get instant validation while also doing pre-marketing.
You can also open private beta and collect user details in a form.
3. Don’t ship too fast; keep teasing people. The easier it is for someone to get access to the product, the higher are the chances they will churn during the initial stages.
4. Roll out access in small batches and run Viral Loop, giving users to talk about you on social media.
This is critical because if your early adopters don’t talk about you, chances are the product and idea will tank.
5. Don’t ship new features, instead keep improving what you have. Users only care about how much impact your product makes in their life and business.
6. Start speaking with your initial set of users on call. The personalized relationship that you will build will make them your raving fans. You cannot grow your startup without your fans.
7. While the viral loop will do its job, your CAC will become less than a dollar, helping you save huge on marketing.
8. Immediately open affiliation opportunities, and turn your fans into your partner, allowing them to become a part of your growth journey.
9. Start a space and reach out to your fans and ask them to join your live space. When your customers say yes, you will officially start seeing the growth, which will turn into hyper-growth.
Lastly, @PitchGroundHQ is launching our Twitter Growth Tool beta this month.
The initial access will be rolled out to only the users who have filled the form.
This tool is why I went from 2200 to 22k+ in just three and half months.
