What "debate" is the FT talking about? There is a "debate" between scientists and the fascist promoters of mass murder.

Not a single source cited. Because there are none.

1/ White House spokesperson Jen Psaki rejected the idea of sending free COVID-19 tests to all Americans to protect against the dangerous new Omicron variant, pressing reporters, “How much would that cost?”

1/ The group of right-wing militia that included #KyleRittenhouse was acting in alignment with the Kenosha Police Department against protestors. This is the only explanation for the actions of police before/during/after the shooting.
2/ Rittenhosue responded to a call by former Kenosha City Council member Kevin Mathewson to form a "Kenosha guard" against "evil thugs." One response was to the call was “Armed and ready. Shoot to kill tonight." Mathewson was in regular touch Kenosha police chief Miskins.
3/ Mathewson emailed Miskins, "I am the Commander of the Kenosha Guard, a local militia. We are mobilizing tonight." Miskins made no effort to dissuade him. Miskins acknowledge that the militia would be operating.

We have just confirmed that Facebook has disabled the page of the International Youth and Students for Social Equality at the University of Michigan, as well as the accounts of all admins. This is an unprecedented attack on the speech rights of an official campus student group.
The deleted IYSSE UM group was previously available at:
facebook.com/IYSSEUM

THE IYSSE@UM is an officially-sanctioned campus student group since 2007. Its facebook account has been active since 2013. Both its president and campus advisor have had their accounts disabled.
