Companies insist that “here, we’re family” or “you are a part of something greater.” Sentiments of closeness to further an employees’ productivity.
In essence, what the CDC has done, yet again, is forced these companies to prove these sentiments. The bare minimum is not enough
This is life or death for millions. What the CDC guidance has done is presented the employers with the bare minimum justification to keep their businesses open. This means that it’s up to businesses to “do the right thing” which they have refused.
So every time I mention the increase in disabled people due to COVID, someone inevitably says that it means that more people will be disability advocates.
