Don't worry, apparently Long Covid is imaginary, forget those brain scans and micro clots, its just in your head..
From gaslighting long covid, to "transmission not an issue in schools its all that mixing at school gates and sleepovers", he does have a track record

Also using the language of antivaxxers around child vax in this attack on @IndependentSage for calling for 12-15 vax
There is a small group of paediatricians who have produced most the evidence to block measures in schools
They dismiss hospitalisations, deaths, total minimisers, they've provided the shield for Ministers to hide behind
We saw this around the debate for 12-15 vax, a lot of preempting the decision of the JCVI went on, they've since done the same on 5-11, they've also been heavily critical of the American Paediatric Community for being to pro vax
The problem is, these are the people working with PHE/now UKHSA

These are the people who provided evidence to JCVI, completely writing off the idea that covid can harm children, over exaggerating "benefits of infection"
No suprise to see studies from this group being quoted by the US school minimiser like Hoeg, Ghandi Prasad

An example appeared in my TL just this morning
Shall we look at the numbers of the UK study Hoeg is quoting, because if you compare their estimates compared to the real stats you can see the numbers simply don't add up, its total bollocks, yet the JCVI took this as reliable evidence?

But then again Ladhani gets in with sharing Lucy Johnson, with UsForThem and T4recovery tags

For those that don't know Johnson is a Daily Express writer with more than a decade track record of vax disinformation, currently actively working with disinformation group HART and Collateral Global
Us for Them are the UKs astroturf group for a herd immunity in schools strategy, linked to MPs and other disinformation groups including having some very militant antivax members
And T4recovery is a refurbished World4Brexit group linked to CRG MPs, Tice and Bannon
These minimisers in UK and US feed off eachother, they've created their own narrative that bears no relation to the reality education workers have faced for 2 years

Also on Hoeg, her atrocious VAER dredging really lit a fire under the antivaxxers

Schools are so safe the Government expects so many staff to get sick that we will have to have 60-90 kids being taught in a hall due to staff shortages

2/ To be honest I don't think it matters what the data says, they've embraced a fatalistic ideology, a let's get this over and done with, shit happens attitude,
3/ We've reached the gaslighting section of the covid merry go round, it wouldn't be a school holiday without the usual papers trying to drum up false outrage at schools

The CRG grouping of around 60 MPs and @SirGrahamBrady are in position they can force a leadership challenge whenever they want

Same strategy used on T.May to force her into narrowed policy options are being used again
CRG pressure from inside, Tices Reform then threaten to split Tory votes, a pincer movement that puts Johnson into a tight box
