Governments, corporations, and CEOs want to rush us out to “normal.”

We have not reckoned with the monumental grief and trauma of the pandemic.

Four members of my extended family died within five months of 2020

So much of the care work--paid/unpaid, in hospitals or nursing homes--is done by women, especially Black & women of colour.

There are enough houses/apts, no one should be unhoused

There is enough food, no one should be hungry

There is enough money, no one should be poor
