Heroes of Mavia is a much more polished and innovative clone of Clash of Clans. Everyone enjoys building bases. Everyone likes winning or trying to. Why not earn ACTUAL VALUE for your time on your phone?

In-game game rewards start with the $RUBY. Attacking and beating other people's bases will earn RUBY, while having a base withstand an attack against your base will not Ruby's too. Your base/land are inseperable and ALL UPGRADES ARE PERMANENT. More on this is just a sec.

$MAVIA is the governance token that can be used at the Mavia marketplace to buy Land, Hero, and statue NFTs. Staking this token will earn chances at future NFTs and earn more MAVIA. So why mention all this before explaining the Land NFTs?

OWNING a Land NFT permits the owner three options

1) play on your own land as Owner
2) allow other players to RENT the land
3) allow other player to PARTNER with you to use your Land

What's the difference and why would you want one option over another? Let's explore each one.

1) play on your own land will allow you to customize your base personally, collect the Rubies you need to earn an income, and upgrade you base as you see fit.

All of these upgrades and additions to the Land will increase the value of land for future renting.

2) Renting the land will allow the owner to give the land to another player for a certain time frame. The renter can play and earn $RUBY.

The owner gets $MAVIA in exchange for providing the Land. They also keep ANY UPGRADE that the renter pays for in $RUBY.

While renting, the owner does not receive any $RUBY earned in-game by the renter.

This allows the owner to earn the token that (in my mind) will be more valuable. However, locking up the land in another player's hands can be frustrating if $RUBY is pumping.

3) Allowing a partner to utilize the land when your not playing. Partners can play games while your idle, and you split the $RUBY 50/50, or as determined by the owner of the NFT.

Getting more $RUBY will increase the upgrades to the land and add PERMANENT value.

So partnering a short-term play for the currency needed to make your base the strongest and most efficient.

Renting will give you the token needed to buy NFTs to add power-ups and Heroes to your base, making it more valuable and attack-ready. But how will you upgrade them?

Which token would you rather have? I'm a $MAVIA fan since getting as many NFTs will provide more dividends in my opinion. But personally....

I want three lands to play all three ways. Am I greedy???
