It’s all correct, all coronaviruses function as mitochondrial toxins, this one most notably. However long COVID is hit or miss dependent on this.

I still haven’t gotten a single one despite direct exposure though. And that’s because I have objective mitochondrial health.
It can be resolved either way.
Even people who believe they’re healthy, I’m sure I could find markers that would suggest poor redox/mitochondrial function. It’s very common in the modern environment today.
It doesn’t mean live in fear by any means, it means LISTEN to the advice I share. Everything I share is very intentional.
I mean, I wouldn’t have put in the effort to write a 7 page PDF file if I wasn’t here to help. 😂🤷‍♂️

The light bulb was invented in 1874 and the cellular and internet networks in the 1970s-1980s.

Autoimmune diseases didn’t start appearing at the rate they are now until 1900, and really began to expand in 1990s, each a couple decades after these inventions.
There was past reports of Lyme disease, for example, but never at the rate it’s at now.
The research is trying to make the connection between microbes and hygiene in developed countries to explain the increased rate of autoimmunity, however they’re never considering artificial light and nnEMF.

“Most people understand the high end of the electromagnetic spectrum really well. For example, if I told somebody, “hey, here’s an X-ray machine, I want you to stand in front of it for two hours.”
Everybody on this planet would say, “uh no, I don’t think I’ll do that.” They have the implicit understanding that X-rays, in the ionizing part of the spectrum, are no bueno for our cells.
What people DON’T understand is that the exact same thing is true on the lower end of the spectrum, where this 0.2G-5G network is. The only difference is the timescale. X-rays will make you really sick in shorter timescales.

Vitamin D and K2 supplementation should not be considered UNLESS the light environment is changed simultaneously.
meaning sunrise and sunset for red/IR to build solar callus, vitamin D binding protein, and exclusion zone (mitochondrial) water, and eliminating artificial light at night.

Replacing blue LED/fluorescent bulbs with incandescents, amber/red bulbs, and/or fire, etc.
It will not be effective until this is addressed. You’re wasting your time and your money otherwise.

Then when spring and summer time comes, outside sunrise, midday, sunset every single day.

Exercise very clearly has a positive impact on health, but I don’t believe it’s healthy to be exercising under artificial blue light and around nnEMF devices. Even moreso when you’re exercising more than 5 days a week.
Going to look for studies to support this aside from what I’ve posted.
When your hormone profile starts to crash as a result, this should be an indication that it’s exactly as healthy as you believe.
