Here are the big 4 PB leaders - Biggs, Nordean, Rehl, Donahoe - assembling the troops in the morning on Jan 6, issuing orders. No doubt that they planned: had a 60-person message channel; Donahoe had asked for a "commander's briefing" the night before.. 2/
The PB leaders filed to dismiss charges of conspiring to obstruct or impede an official proceeding (18 USC 1512(c)(2)): the electoral certification wasn't an official proceeding, driving lawmakers into hiding wasn't obstruction, + they weren't violent. Judge Kelly said, nope. 3/ Image
Kelly's a Trump appointee; his 43-page opinion explains why planning to storm the Capitol on Jan 6 is a federal offense even for those who let others do the dirty work. It sets the groundwork for conspiracy charges against many. 3/

Thursday's arraignment for Samsel (#WhiteHoodie) and Grant (#YoungSkullMan) who kicked off the assault against police on the Penn Walkway. They didn't seem to know each other, but played the same role, seemed to have instructions. Watch them in action. 4/
Thursday's also a bond hearing for Oath Keeper Harrelson (#PointOK) who helped escort a group of Stop the Steal VIPs from the Ellipse rally to the Capitol, then hustled over to join the Oath Keepers headed in from the E. steps and got himself arrested. 5/

#SeditionHunters - the FBI have finally come for the Oath Keepers "Person 1", Stewart Rhodes. Arrested Thursday afternoon in Texas. Charges still sealed but WaPo claims it will be "seditious conspiracy", the first such charge for the Capitol attack. 1/ washingtonpost.com/national-secur…
DOJ has now issued a press release and posted documents. Seditious conspiracy is applied to Rhodes and 10 previously charged defendants. 2/

#SeditionHunters following the developing story of VP-elect Kamala Harris & the pipe bomb on Jan 6: here are some resources to show the discrepancies. Politico writes that Kamala Harris was in the DNC building when the bomb was found, evacuated 1:14 PM. 1/

On Jan 6, the first bomb was found in the RNC (Republican National Committee). USCP Chief Sund, in a Feb 1 letter to Congress, said the RNC bomb was found at 12:52 PM (widely reported), but the DNC one not til 1:50 PM - inconsistent with Politico. 2/

Events on Jan 6 were confusing, reporting was often scrambled, and the DNC bomb got less attention since the attack was ongoing. Sund is consistent, though, repeating the same timing in testimony to the Senate on Feb. 23: 1:50 PM for the DNC bomb. 3/

Today, a year after the Jan 6 Capitol attack, President Biden helped explain what has kept #SeditionHunters working all that time: "we are in a battle for the soul of democracy that by the grace of God.. we will win". And: "Let's step up". We did. 1/
The "battle" isn't just about the specific incidents on January 6, it's bigger - it's defending the concept of truth at all. Biden: "Tragically, there are lies - lies conceived and spread for profit and power. We must be absolutely clear about what is true, and what is a lie." 2/
The foundation of understanding Jan 6 is public video - 22,000+ individual pieces of evidence. #SeditionHunters have watched all of them. DOJ and Jan6 Committee now have private information too, but video is open to all - here are instructions. 3/

#SeditionHunters - as we near the 1-year anniversary of the Capitol attack, 2 resolutions: no more lies, & release all footage. LA Times just posted video that shows...Glen Simon (#PurplePantherPunk) of GA lied for his plea deal, hid assaults on police. (h/t @SometimesUsefu2) 1/
Simon was well-known inside the Capitol: he posted pix on FB, was reported in January, is seen in many videos. He pled guilty to Parading & Picketing (US 5104 e2G)... but didn't mention he was also one of the 1st onto the W. Plaza, fought police there. 2/

As is usual, Simon's plea deal has an escape clause, allows charges for "any crime of violence" he committed. So he'll go to prison. But J6 defense attorneys - stop wasting everyone's time, hurting your clients (judges don't like lies). Tell the truth. 3/

Tuesday is a sentencing for one of Nick Fuentes' #CapitolAF gang who quickly pled guilty, the teenage Leonard Ridge IV. (Note: NOT Leo Bozell IV, son of the arch-conservative and CNP figure). A clever move by DOJ, or premature given the AF coordination? 2/
