Instead we'll see rationalizations about personal differences or whatever helps with the cognitive dissonance women experience in a guy like Momoa being 'available' again.
Women would rather share a successful, hot, Alpha than be saddled with a faithful Beta – even if that Alpha is just a fantasy for them.
In any other context Momoa would represent a loss of sexual agency investment on the part of women. It's the Trophy Wife abandonment fear women fixate on. But because it's Momoa women will sublimate that fear in favor of breaking rules (feeling indignation) for an Alpha.
For comparison, if Hugh Jackman announced he was splitting with his wife (+13 years older than him) you can bet he'd get a lot of backlash. 
Both Momoa and Jackman married young. They represent a female fantasy of securing an Alpha early in life and riding out the emotional investment to hold the marriage together when their men hit their peak potential.
If Jackman left his wife he'd confirm women's fears and be a villain. But an Apex Alpha like Momoa will be easily forgiven because he's the Alpha women will break rules for.
