All that is high is called samaa
You changed it to that what is above is the heaven!

He said: والعرش أعلى السموات
The throne is the highest sky

And He is over His throne as he stated.
But yoi said Above!
That’s not what the verses say nor is that what Shafi’i said!

No Kayf , not mixed with his creation m, and not touching.
Which all negate the wahhabi creed.

Then you said Manaqib Bayhaqi which is odd since you have Ibn katheer on the screen which tells me maybe you don’t know Arabic.

And the whole point of him mentioning this is accepting someone’s claim of Islam without saying Shahadah. So if they say something that expresses this, even as Shafi’i said: the apparent wording, this might be suffice!

Your problems:
1. You didn’t translate everything on the page.
2. Shafi’i said: If we consider it authentic.
3. He said: He spoke to her in a manner that she would grasp, being illiterate.
4. He said: this could be taken 2 ways

5. He said: A. She by not pointing to idols is expressing rejection. Pointing high would be negating Idols. B. Or resembles the apparent verses.
6. You added above when ever you felt like it!
7. You didn’t not express his definition of Samaa properly.

And final note: That is all what Bayhaqi said, Not Shafi’i.

Bayhaqi uses Fawq as in Most high , not above physically!
