Over the last three years, the Pakistani urban woman from Karachi, Ms Ramla Akhtar, aka Rmala Aalam, oriented her life towards a massive

cyberstalking on social media. She takes great care to hide her identity and real face while using stolen profiles pictures and numerous anonymous or impersonating accounts with frequently changing handles, names and bios. It allows her to produce repeated reports to Pakistani

and foreign authorities as if her numerous calumnious denunciations were coming from several abused people and/or entities. In this presentation we will try to give some keys about such an inextricable purposely created confusion.

Ramla Akhtar, aka Rmala Aalam, was born in Faisalabad in 1979, from a socialite wealthy environment. She was raised by the employees of her family home while attending a British education school. She studied and started her short professional career in Karachi.

In 2005, at the age of 25 or 26, Ramla Akhtar stopped any corporate work and presented herself under: “NEXT>by Ramla” with the hope of selling some consulting services. In 2010, this Pakistani southern urban person, in her early thirties, with a Sunni confession, with a western

life style, called herself a “Global Citizen” and presented her profile as a “Social Designer”, a “Communicator” being a “Humanitarian Futurist”, having “Arts & media sector”,” social enterprise”, and an “equitable future”, as areas of specialization.

Probably at this period, according to Ramla Akhtar, part of her family emigrated to the USA. For unknown reasons she was not granted a visa to this country. In 2013, Ramla Akhtar, moved to Gojal (Upper Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan) after she had entered into a fully agreed adultery

relationship with a local mountain guide. She got an unwanted child, Sofia. Subsequently, likely to avoid social and religious reprobation, she will pretend having been victim of sexual abuses.

Meanwhile, she converted her virtual consultancy firm “NEXT>by Ramla” into an unregistered development “NGO”, “Rmala’s Projects” (also said “Ramla’s Projects”), with no volunteers and with no employees in order to collect public donations, basically presenting achievements

Then, Ramla Akhtar became an example on how “modernity” can turn into a powerful radicalism. Indeed, once her romance was over, Ramla Akhtar started to introduce her former lover (and her daughter’s father), as a rapist, while she managed an unregistered herbal cover shop,

From there, in May 2019, as a retaliation, she launched, on Facebook, a pornographic conspiracy theory against the community of the Chapursan Valley.
To her strong discontent, the long and documented debunking of her tale got thousands of readers in Upper Hunza.

In September 2019, Ramla Akhtar went into an always deepening addiction for a radicalized cyberstalking on Twitter with anonymous and frequently changing handles, names and bio, such as @BarefootRaRa, @BarefootRamster, @BarefootRamla, @CopingWithCovid, @BestInventoryPR,

Her major topics were her own racism against mountain populations, xenophobia against western visitors, religious proclamations, apocalyptic prophecies, development of her tragic fiction. To the above-mentioned

conspiracy theories, she added all trendy topics she could address for gaining audience: blood and sex crimes, land disasters, #Metoo, women condition, children rights, #POC (People Of Color), environment, Islamo-nationalism, pedophilia, primitive geopolitics considerations, etc

authorities (though she never showed any evidence of such reports). Gojal people consider she is an informant on duty for Islamabad and Rawalpindi (ISI and/or army). As a consequence, the indigenous population stays away from her & avoid any public statement referring to her.

However, Ramla Akhtar’s exhibitionist behavior is contrary to any intelligence services way of dealing. These people are supposed to work discretely under low profiles. They should not be noticed. In my opinion, Ramla Akhtar’s livelihood is subsided by her wealthy urban family.

Ramla Akhtar profile pictures are frequently changing. She uses portraits she can find on the web, which may fit with the idealized fiction she builds around her, with the following goals:

1.Hiding her real identity for stalking purpose.
2. Finding a luring picture for showing

herself more attractive than she is: an early aged face in her 40’s with an evident bulimia and a mental instability.
3. Being compatible with her rabid “anti-White” speech, surfing on #BLM, #POC, anti-colonialist & “woke” current trends.
4. Showing another ethnicity than her

own race she abhors.She says.
“Trouble with being a brown woman is that there are so few narratives in your language by your people for people of your backgrounds and minds… there is so little to build upon and relate to".
