Joy Robson said in her 2016 deposition that Chantal fell asleep in Michaels bed the second night but went upstairs when she woke up, this contradicts Wade, who said that Chantal suggested they both go upstairs, but he said he didn't want to.

On Inside Edition Wade said "Everytime we were together it happened. There was no night that went by that I was with him that he didn't sexually abuse me" so that would include the first two nights too, contradicting both his complaint(s) and Leaving Neverland.
In Wades deposition he also said that the alleged abuse started the second night when his sister went upstairs, but there he said he doesn't know why Chantal wanted to go upstairs, contradicting his petition and complaint(s)
During that deposition he was confronted with what he wrote in his book - where he said nothing happened the first two nights (nothing out of the ordinary) and the abuse only started after the family left - when he was confronted with this he said "I don't really remember"
Keep in mind he wrote his book before filing his complaint, so in his book nothing happened before the family left but then he said in his deposition that was an example of his growing understanding of how things went down, which makes no sense because he then filed a ⤵️
different story AFTER he wrote that book, after his supposed growing understanding; then he told that story in his complaint(s), declaration, petition, and deposition but then for Leaving Neverland he went back to the book version that nothing happened before the family left 🤯
In the CBS interview with Gayle King Wade said that nothing happened the first two nights and that the abuse started on either the first or second night of he and Michael being alone once his family had left to go to the Grand Canyon.
Each time Robson has been very specific about the details of how all this happened but he's told three different versions and he's flip flopped between them all.

You cannot believe what he said in Leaving Neverland if you believe what he said under oath in his deposition, both CANNOT be true!
