keinget dulu angkatan gw di seantero jurusan-fakultas adalah angkatan terakhir yang dibolehin physical assault oleh senior

abis itu toleransinya ke "nyuruh sesuatu bersifat fisik" i.e. push up, lari dsb

tapi tetep gw anggep pelonco itu cuma lucu2an semi-ga guna sih.
Bahkan di Menwa ITB aja, calon anggota dan peserta diklat tidak boleh disentuh atau disuruh yang tidak kualifikasi SUSPELAT (Kursus Pelatih) yang sudah dapet materi Etika Pelatih dll. Artinya, ngebentuk junior itu "Earned",bukan karena "saya lebih senior saja".
Konsep "Pelatih Sakti" di Menwa ITB:
Pelatih ga boleh keliatan istirahat, santai, letoy

Di balik Pelatih yang tampil prima, ada pelatih yg pas balik ke belakang atau barak pelatih, aslinya lagi demam,panas dingin,letih puol dll. "Pelatih Sakti" bukan utk pelonco,tp jd contoh.
