Utah HB0011 passed its committee hearing and will be moving onto the floor. This is an anti-trans sports bill that would require school athletics to divide sports participation based on gender on birth certificate.
New Hampshire HB1651 was sent to the Children and Family Law Committee and has a hearing TOMORROW 2/15 at 1:15 pm EST. This bill would expand the definition of child abuse to include trans-affirming medical care for minors, including puberty blockers.
Mississippi HB1099 was referred to the Judiciary Committee. This bill would prevent any currently incarcerated person from filing a legal name change unless they are sponsored by a district attorney, sheriff, chaplain or the Commissioner of the Mississippi Dept of Corrections.
Kentucky HB23 was referred to the Education Committee. This is an anti-trans sports bill that divides athletics based on "biological sex" as determined by an unchanged birth certificate or a medical exam.
Delaware has joined our watchlist of states by introducing SB227, which has been sent to the Health and Social Services Committee. This is an anti-trans sports bill that requires all school athletics to be divided by "biological sex" as determined by birth certificate.

Kansas introduced HB484, a bill which would mandate that school athletics be divided based on "biological sex". "Males" would then be banned from participating on "female teams". The bill does not specify how these categories are to be defined or determined.
South Carolina HB4608 got additional sponsors. This bill would mandate that school athletics be divided by "biological sex" as determined by genitals, genetics and testosterone levels. It then bars "males" from "female sports". This places a selective cost on girls athletics.

Tennessee HB2633 was sent to the K-12 Subcommittee. This bill would explicitly allow school professionals to deadname and misgender their trans students and protect them from legal or workplace consequences for doing so. This bill exists only to promote cruelty.
