Diary describes the night all the poles & wires folks (TSP’s) spent the night at grid control ctr (2-17-21) in Taylor. At 1st @ERCOT_ISO CEO was told @GregAbbott_TX would go. @PUCTX then-chair DeAnn Walker told him “we should be prepared (for) him to spend the night.” #txlege
