I'm embarassed to say this, but scrapping a 1.1bn tax rev .... & putting up $250k for an electric battery facility makes little sense...

Imagine the impact on job creation not utilizing 1,000,750bn shortfall sets us back

From education to healthcare... draining pooled resources hurts ppl. Yes saving money is meaningful... i will not argue that.

However,
@fordnation means tell the public he couldn't turn 1bn into 2 bn. He's not the businessman he pretends to be. He has turned his back on us all

1.1bn could be used to;
Supplement a 4 day workweek to invest in Canadian's who code... tech could drive our economy

-more nurses, better curriculums... even transitioning more of our supply chain to railways

@fordnation you turned your back on an entire city for 3 weeks. An entire province... your not tough on crime ?!
Your not tough on guns... and your not doing enough to incentivize youth to pursue healthy mediums of self development. Under you youth crime has gotten younger

@fordnation when they say cut taxes, its supposed to reduce percentage by pts... eg, 7% to 5%.

Cutting taxes is not something you put "forever" on. Its relief for the year. A good leader would have suspended the tax for a couple yrs. Or refund some, not all.

Its an irrational, & destabilizing effort with no guideance. In my head, how do you look at the single mothers & fathers... look them in the eyes & tell them you don't have answer.

My father skipped lunch for 3 yrs to raise the 3 of us. Rob is rolling in his grave....
