Below is a blue print to drive up global energy prices by another 50 percent; destroy the global economy and with all cause the deadly consequences that a ruined economy brings.
Inbox: “They called half the country 'Russian traitors.’ Now they want us all in on a war against Russia. Sorry I’m a Russian agent. Let @SykesCharlie, @JonahDispatch et al take up arms.”
Ten days ago, last week Monday, the Ukrainian president joked that his country will be invaded last week Wednesday.

Today, a week later @Ukraine has been invaded.

No one is laughing now. Image
Russian soldiers are invading another country for the same reason police officers in Canada used brutal force against protesters: Every country has zombies willing to do whatever they are propagandized to do.
I still haven’t figured out how Putin attacking Georgia under Bush; Crimea under Obama and Ukraine under Biden, proves something wrong about Trump. But here we are: BLM (Big Lib Media) guys and Never Trumpers kept hammering Trump all week regarding Putin’s latest moves.
Many people are cheering steps that will harm Russians overall; those not involved in anything Putin.

Many of those same people opposed the “Muslim Ban” and also oppose slowing down immigration from chaotic central/south American countries.

Cute how “values” change.
“Freedom cannot be denied” except if you are not C19 vaccinated and except if you rally against freedom-crushing steps by @JustinTrudeau. Then your bank account can be frozen and your personal info doxxed.
You could have earned 35% on your money if you had invested in freedom/democracy this past Thursday AM.

It’s an ETF of defense-related stocks which is now an obligation to support in name of standing with freedom.

Or more accurately: Profit from war.

Depends on media’s mood. Image
Take note how unlike when there is chaos in Central/South America, there isn’t much buzz from national Dems and their PR Arms (“media”) about welcoming endless immigrants from Ukraine.

Why? Because people from Eastern Europe tend to vote GOP.

Yes, it’s this brazen and cynical.
We are being had by the hour:

Time Mag cover? Fake.

Ukrainian presenter taking up arms? It’s paintball shooting.

Ghost of Kiev? Fake.

Snake Island Massacre? Fake.

Putin fired his top general yesterday? Fake.

5,300 dead Russians in 4-5 days? Surrreee.

Everything goes.
Many people who were against shutting down travel from six countries “until we can figure out what the hell is going on,” favor sanctions on random Russians (App pays down; web hosting; immigration visas; college students and more).

It’s always about agendas; never about morals.
Inbox: “If Putin wants to install a puppet leader in Ukraine, why doesn’t he just run some badly-produced Facebook ads?”

There is a bigger chance that people who share an upbringing/extremist ideology with past violent attackers would also commit violence than it is for random Russians to invade other countries. Yet, random Russians are being punished by companies who opposed Trump’s travel bans.
CNN walks back a 24 hour global story that never happened without explicitly walking it back: The "DISTRICT housing the #BabiYar Memorial" was bombed; not the memorial itself. So... What's the story?

Again, we are being had by the hour! Image
And... There is also this screen grab taken 7 hours ago and it was 3 hours old then, so the facts are known for at least 10 hours yet the lie has been repeated all day.

Disgraceful to use the #BabiYar atrocities (done with the help of Ukrainians!) for a PR tactic now. Image
Ukraine has a resilient democracy compared to the US. Putin was able to install a puppet government in the US by placing $100,000 Facebook ads in 2016 but can't beat Ukraine despite use of weapons...
These sweeping, collective and xenophobic punishments of Russians including against teens will be used by Russia, China etc to prove again that all the talk about freedom, democracy, rights and fairness pushed by the West is a load of crap that become null and void at will. Image
“I would be on my hands & knees thanking the Almighty that during the worst crisis in Europe since 1945, the United States is led by Joe Biden, not Donald Trump.” - @MaxBoot.

This hot take ignores the fact that Trump's policies avoided such a moment altogether. cc @politicalwire
7:34; Ukraine FM: "Russian army is firing from all sides upon Zaporizhzhia NPP," as if there is a sustained attack on a nuclear reactor!

7:47; AP in name of Ukraine: "elevated levels of uranium are being detected."

8:20: A fire at an admin building in the complex.

Oh. ImageImageImage
Here is an immediate example why amplifying Ukraine's rhetoric without checking is dangerous.

Ukraine pushed out 2.5 hours ago that Putin is shelling a nuclear power plant/radiation levels rising. Went viral. A US Senator all worked up calls for a country's leader assassination. Image
🚨 Zelensky: "Russian tanks R shooting at the nuclear blocks."

Hours later CNBC: "A fire broke out at a training facility at Europe’s largest nuclear power plant after Russian forces attacked the location"

"tanks shooting at nuclear blocks" ends up being a training facility? ImageImage
This was another hyped up story by Ukraine to continue pushing the West into frenzied action against Putin without regard if those steps are prudent and/or if they will boomerang. Ukraine is fighting for survival so I don't blame them, but Journos/officials need to check facts!
Western markets flurished on their own right and by earning in investments from around the world because rule of law protected property rights no matter the politics/policy. But this has flown out the window in Canada 2 weeks ago and against Russians the last 7 days in the US/EU.
You may not feel the damage yet, but the lawlessness of grabbing property from whomever the powerful decide deserves to be crushed, will have insane consequences on Western economics. We are behaving how we accuse Third World Countries/Regimes of behaving. cc @JoeNBC @marcorubio
Zelensky said "Russian tanks are shooting at the nuclear blocks" AFTER it was already reported that there is a fire at an administration building. Obviously, if the blocks took direct hits from tanks, there would be major fires all around or worse.

#HelpUkraine.
UK's @BorisJohnson called a UNSC meeting for today pretending that Zelensky's story is legit.

Again, he claimed "Russian tanks are shooting at the nuclear blocks" thrusting the West into panic.

The whole complex would be smoldering. Instead, a training building burned per CNBC. Image
BTW: We wait for history to call the shots because it's done after the pressure cooker, frenzied, no-time-for-facts emotionalism of an issue subsided. So... if you find yourself in the frenzied/popular side of something, you are likely on the wrong side of history.
🚨 🚨 🚨

The national average price for a gallon gas regular spiked almost eleven cents overnight after a jump of 7 cents a day before.

This is before the 20% jump in oil prices the last 8 days since the start of the invasion hits the retail market as refined gas. Image
A sudden spike in energy costs can lead to an economic slowdown with deadly consequences. Whether suicides in the US out of despair or famine in already-poor countries. But alas. Policy deliberation is kaput the last 8 days lest you want to be accused of being "paid by Putin."
Opposing pressure-cooker generated rapid action against Russia/Russians doss not mean not doing anything and it sure does not mean not ti#o help refugees. Crippling the global economy as a result of erratic steps however, will create more refugees and deaths.

#HelpUkraine
I bought masks 2/23/20 which was 2-3 weeks before COVID-19 took off in the US. But from day one I opposed panic-spreading because panic causes more deaths due to erratic decisions.

US has 1 million COVID-related deaths yet people think the issue is we hadn't Faucied enough.
In Jan-Feb of this year, the US had more than 125,000 COVID-related deaths; making it of the deadliest 2 months of the pandemic, yet you wouldn't know it from media coverage and from Dem Governors lifting of restrictions. This shows again that narratives don't equal facts.
And because this is so (narrative/media buzz and facts often being two seperate things), you should always try to get the FACTS no matter what the narrative/buzz is, and you should not just nod along with policies that are generated as a result of narrative.

Tough to do. I know.
We will know how strong the western sanctions take a bite out of Putin: He can, for example, shut down the power plant two weeks for "renovations" due to his "shelling" of it. He can stop oil/gas exports for a week to "review" his currency. There are cyber options too.

1/

I am going to try to get this point across again with the hope that it will make an impact but with the expectation that it won’t gain traction the way dumb troll lines against Trump get engagements.

But here is a data-based policy thread:
2/ If you look in the Media column of my Twitter account, you will see data from states’ websites that large portions of COVID deaths the last 6-7 weeks are among the vaccinated. It ranges from 23.9% in Michigan, to 50.2% in Massachusetts and 53.6% in Vermont.
3/ When shown these government-sourced numbers, vaccine fanatics say “well, most of the population is vaccinated so these numbers are still better than among the unvaccinated.”

Cool point; one which I do not dispute but this misses a big problem that is going on NOW:

110,000.

That’s how many COVID-related deaths the US had from the start of Jan through data released yesterday Feb 18.

2,244 deaths a day.

1,405 was Trump’s average.

You don’t know/feel this from media coverage or from Dem Governor policies because a Democrat is in the WH.
1,321 is the average daily COVID deaths under Biden.

1,405 is Trump’s average.

Biden’s number is a drop of only 6% from Trump which included panicked months of the virus being new while most of Biden’s months had vaccinations.

When will Fauci be fired?
In January of this year, NYC had 32.1% more COVID deaths than last year January without vaccine passes back then, while FL was 33.5% lower this Jan compared to last year January.

Odd. ImageImage

@GOPLeader When @DevinNunes was onto this hoax in 2017, @SpeakerRyan benched him. Imagine if @HouseGOP had Devin’s back and if their two Russia investigations focused more on this. 2018, 2020 and Trump’s legislative agenda may have all been different!

Idiots are Republicans!
@GOPLeader @DevinNunes @SpeakerRyan @HouseGOP These revelations are many years too late and of less relevance.

The course of history was changed because your @HouseGOP choked the one member who saw it all early on. Then you clowns kept saying “let Mueller finish his job,” when his existence delayed accountability for ‘16!
@GOPLeader @DevinNunes @SpeakerRyan @HouseGOP I don’t need faux GOP outrage years late and when it matters less.

Republicans did the same with COVID rules: You coward in the corners 12-18 months ago when your voices would have mattered and when data was readily available. Now when Dems/some media change, you speak up too.

Haven’t seen such a gaslighting pretzel-twisting in all of COVID coverage. CDC removed the word immunity from the definition of vaccination and we are told that they didn’t do it why everyone sane knows they did it. Read this gaslighting “fact check.”
The C19 vaccines were sold as a dead-end to spread. But now that boosted people can also die of COVID, the CDC simply removed the word “immunity” from the vaccine definition since - they claim - no vaccine is 100% effective. So why wasn’t this change made 20 years ago?
There is a diff between “no vaccine is 100% effective” as the CDC mentions now, to huge portions of COVID-19 deaths being among the vaccinated. CDC knows that the C19 vaccines deliver less results than other vaccines but refuse to admit it outright while indirectly admitting it!

1/ Your vaccine fanatic friend is too stupid to understand this thread, and your authoritarian government official is too power hungry to want the masses to understand it, which is why they both yell “vaccine disinformation.” It’s easier than to debate on merit, but please focus.
2/ California posted a chart that in late Dec 2021 into Jan 2022, “unvaccinated people were 16.9 times more likely to die from COVID-19 than full vaccinated people.”

The math you can see in the bottom: 6.5 is 16 times more than 0.4.

Please take a moment to observe the chart. Image
3/ On a similar basis, NYC shows you that recent deaths among the unvaccinated is around 30 times higher than among the vaccinated. 37.4 deaths vs 1.2 is multiple times higher.

Here again, please observe the attachments before reading the next tweets. ImageImage
