Other than the seed oils, soy and terrible diet, I believe it's the lack of real goals people have to exert effort towards.
Technology has given us all our needs at a click of a button...
But humans are wired to want to drive towards higher...to climb a real hierarchy, exert effort, improve themselves, showcase their talents and change the world around them.
Today there are very few ways to actually do that, in a non simulated environment
Sure you can get better at your job, but deep down you know it's all bullsh*t...same goes for your pickup basketball league or your political cause.
Without the ability to do so, people suffer from feelings of inferiority, eating disorders, nihilism, depression.
This is a big reason why I believe that hunter gatherer tribes like the Hadza don't even have a word for depression.
Their lives are oriented towards exerting effort towards things w. real implications for a tight knit community - hunting, gathering, building shelter.
I don't know if the answer is to completely abandon technology and go live in the woods with a tribe of people -- I don't think it is.
But I do know that there a better ways to live your life and worse ways...
And dedicating your life to politics & work is a recipe for misery
Instead, orienting your life more arounds things like love, God, religion, family, freedom, wisdom, beauty, truth...these things are real paths to fulfillment and meaning...uncoincidentally, also undertakings the modern world discourages.

Excess estrogen is a massive problem in both men and women and nobody is talking about it.
It's very hard to measure estrogen accurately on a blood test, because the high estrogen is stored in tissues...so many people with high estrogen think it's actually LOW (or normal)...
High estrogen is a carcinogen. It destroys liver function and detoxification pathways, allowing more toxins to accumulate. It lowers thyroid function and metabolism. It directly increases stress and cortisol
The best way to measure it is via a tissue analysis or prolactin
Prolactin is pretty much always elevated in men with hair loss and prostate cancers.
The reference range on prolactin has been rising over the past decades because average levels are increasing.
But prolactin > 6 usually means there is an issue.
What if there was one food that could increase testosterone, improve fertility, supercharge cognitive function, fight acne, fend off oxidative stress and cure veganism?
It exists…
A thread
There’s a reason why hunter gatherers prized it as sacred, offering it to growing children and nursing mothers
And why wolves eat the liver before anything else
Even children used to love liver, begging for it like fruit rollups today after hunters returned with the first kill.
Veganism is taking off, seemingly out of nowhere...
Most people associate it with yogis and hippies but the truth is much darker.
Veganism started with a puritanical movement that wanted to poison sex drive and "cure masturbation"...
Under the guise of health and ethics, big corporations have hopped on the bandwagon and made billions of dollars pushing this movement.
Innocent people are falling prey to this diet that is doing exactly what it intended: destroying sexuality, health & energy.
It starts with the visions of a cult leader, a fight to prevent sexual promiscuity, all ultimately leading to a multinational cereal corporation funding church-inculcated religious ‘scientists’ to promote a religious agenda...
