The American College Surgeons is in bed with Pacira Pharma and gets millions in donations from them. Exparel was just FDA approved to be used in children last year. I saw this coming…. investor.pacira.com/news-releases/… Image
ROTTEN
1worst of all: there are virtually no patient protections in place at this point for the undertreatment of pain! seekingalpha.com/article/409371… ImageImage
Here’s the 2020 American College of Surgeons Foundation report that shows Pacira donated over a million $ a year. Past reports also show the same. Wonder how much that adds up to over the years. 🧐 #Pacira #AmericanCollegeOfSurgeons #opioids #Exparel facs.org/-/media/files/… Image

@ejb1893 @CitizenViz @RyanForRecovery @praddenkeefe @geraldposner @RepKatiePorter @RepGolden I give you a head-start: Tom McLellan
Board member of the makers of Suboxone since they formed. ALSO board member of addx non-profit and lobbyist Shatterproof. Isn’t it so interesting that in the Shatterproof bio they leave that part out? No one cares.. indivior.com/en/about-us/ou…
@ejb1893 @CitizenViz @RyanForRecovery @praddenkeefe @geraldposner @RepKatiePorter @RepGolden Now picture this: the AGs decide to go after the MAT industry due to bad marketing and pt deaths + the flooding of meds. Imagine what would happen if they decided to brainwash the pubic that all MAT meds are bad and dangerous, DEA raids MDs and pharmacy’s, pts are cut off.

Hey guys, remember this article? Remember the pill shaming comments from April Caraway? (as shown in the screenshots) Turns out she’s a witness for the prosecution in the Ohio opioid pharmacy trial. wfmj.com/story/45005498… ImageImageImageImage
While she was allowed to testify, at least Polster barred her from spewing her gateway testimony. Image

What Your Death Certificate Says About You May Be Wrong: A Narrative Review on CDC's Efforts to Quantify Prescription Opioid Overdose Deaths - PubMed pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34667687/
No distinction between illicit opioids vs rx. ALL were coded and presented as rx. One of the most egregious things about this is the fact that deadly illicit fent, which was one of the main factors in most of the ODs, was and still is presented as an rx opioid.

You want to know why Durbin, a congress member, is trying to influence the whole opioid issue? Because his long time chief of staff’s wife is neck-deep in lobbying for clients that directly benefit from smearing opioid pharmaceuticals for money from the billions in litigation. ImageImageImageImage
I stand by my belief that any politician at this point that continues to restrict rx pain meds has some major $ skin in the game. They’re all aware of the illicit poly drug OD crisis. There’s NO EXCUSE for torturing ppl in pain other than financial gain or depravity.
Not to mention his biggest campaign donors are attorneys and law firms… Image

October of 2017, AGs wrote letters to 15 PBMs, which were based on the cdc guidelines. No wonder ppl report issues getting RXs….portal.ct.gov/AG/Press-Relea…
Here’s are the letters. I’m now understanding why CVS (along with BCBS) was allowed to be on the special voting committee for the Purdue case. A few examples in the screenshots ⬇️ Did they make a deal, I wonder?😡

I was personally harmed by what CVS (Caremark) did here. Tomorrow I’ll be digging up the paperwork to post to show evidence of them trying to force/taper me down. They didn’t just use the cdc acute gls, they did a 50 mme limit for even “legacy” CP patients.
