had been forced to cancel his trip due to the sanctions imposed by EU countries! 😁😆😂🤣😉 So with his foreign minister effectively now on a ‘no fly’ list and his UN ambassador Nebenzia effectively personna non grata in NY because of his demonically bad behaviour there on 23/2…

There is pretty some awful stuff here: “Bloc officials quickly played down the likelihood of any such move for a number of reasons, including the fact that no such fast-track procedure exists.”
AND type of totally empty and unless language too from German Foreign Minister @ABaerbock who said joining the 27-nation group is not something that can be done in a couple of months but Ukraine is part of the "house of Europe" in which it is welcome.
