Something is poisoning men and nobody is talking about it.
Testosterone has fallen over 50% in the last 2 decades.
Here's what I believe is causing this:
First...Testosterone isn't just a macho male hormone
It's also critical for:
- mood
- fertility
- muscle strength
- cognitive function
- cardiovascular health
- metabolism
It tends to concentrate in the heart, lungs, brains and gonads, the most important organs.
With low testosterone, even moderate amounts of stress can tear up your tissues, muscle, skin heart and brain
This is a huge, underrated cause of disease.
Not only that, I believe it's also one of the primary causes of the division, nihilism, angst and cultural degeneracy today
High testosterone creates good times --> good times create environmental toxins --> environmental toxins lower T --> low T creates hard times.
Low T men are angry, aggressive, irritable...
They are the men that leave their family...that do not stand up for what's right...
Restoring society starts with the family. It starts with helping men learn once again to worship what's right and to act as the rock for society that they always have been.
And doing all this requires that we stop poisoning them.
Here are the biggest T killers:
#1 SEED OILS
Seed oils are everywhere and they are practically irradiating our gonads.
According to these researchers, they are the biggest endocrine disruptors in our environment, more so than plastic, phtalates or BPA.
How do seed oils lower T?
They
- block binding of androgen receptors
- are estrogenic
- lower osteocalcin, which blocks leydig cell T synthesis
- increase oxidative stress
- decrease enzymes that produce T
In this study below they even are associated with smaller testes.
#2 ENVRIONMENTAL ESTROGENS
Estrogen blocks testosterone synthesis and we are bathing in an ocean of chemicals that increase our estrogen levels.
Two that get the most attention are BPA and phtalates, which are high in plastics, clothes, cleaning products and many more things
Phtalates lower testosterone levels by interfering with cholesterol uptake.
Microplastics are coursing through the bloodstream of just about every man and these all release estrogenic chemicals.
Estrogen also increases the synthesis of SHBG which binds to testosterone, lowering free testosterone. This is why even men with higher testosterone may experience low T symptoms.
Many more environmental toxins are poisoning T: mold, herbicides, food colorants, etc etc
#3 PHYTOESTROGENS IN FOOD
Many common foods today increase estrogen.
These are called phytoestrogens -- they are plant derived components that act like estrogen in the human body.

Soy is one of the most potent estrogenic foods there is. In fact, the phytoestrogens in soy, genistein and dasein, have higher affinity for the estrogen receptor, than estradiol -- the estrogen own own bodies produce.
Soy is MORE estrogenic than estrogen.
This study shows that soy phytoestrogens decrease testosrerone levels
Soy has also been shown to block 5-ar which blocks the conversion of testoereorne to its more potent derivative, DHT
Soy isoflavones cause feminization of male offspring when exposed pre natally.
And other studies show that soybeans lead to thyroid issues, also associated with low testosterone (as I will describe below).

#4 WATER
One of the biggest source of environmental toxins today is the water we're drinking.
Tap water is a toxic tea full of carcinogens and endocrine disruptors.
Fluoride is one of the bigger issues.
Tiny amounts of fluoride reduced testosterone 40%. in this study.
Young men ingesting fluoride had testosterone levels of a 55 year old.
Pesticides like atrazine are in tap water which have been shown to completely feminize 75% of male frogs.
THMs from chlorine in water are also associated with low testosterone.
Tap water also contains pharmaceuticals and birth control which increase estrogen.
Many bottled waters are not much better....loaded with even more contaminants and endocrine disruptors.
This study showed that these bottles of water had dialkyl maleates fumarates which inhibted andorgenic activity up to 90%.
#5 LOW THYROID & METABOLISM
Androgen synthesis requires pregnenolone, which is synthesized from cholesterol, vitamin A and T3
There is an epidemic of low thyroid today. Most people do not have adeuate thyroid (T3) or vitamin A
Fixing thyroid is one of the biggest steps to increasing testosterone.
Avoiding glucose is a bad move for your testes.
Leydig cells cannot produce testosterone in the absence of glucose.
“These observations thus suggest that reduced availability of glucose may be responsible for decreased testosterone synthesis or hypoandrogenism in the testis"
#6 STRESS
Stress is another testosterone killer. It increases aromatase, converting testosterone to estrogen.
It also lowers thyroid function, inhibiting testosterone production.
Being triggered all day by news, work, social media is the worst thing for your T levels.
#7 NUTRIENT DEFICIENCIES
Your body requires vitamins & minerals to synthesize T. Some of the most important include:
Magnesium
Vit D
Vit A
B Vits
Zinc
Many of them work together to increase testosterone.
For instance, vit D and vit A increase enzymes involved in steroidogenesis
Pretty much everyone is deficient in at least 1.
#8 GUT ISSUES
The gut and testicles are interconnected.
When endotoxins from the gut make their way into the bloodstream they inhibit LH release, which lowers T synthesis. They also inhibit the enzymes that make T.
Gut issues are ubiquitous today.
#9 BODY FAT
Almost 40% of Americans are obese and even more are overweight.
Excess body fat upregulates aromatase which converts testosterone to etrogne.
All in all, this paints an extremely disturbing picture.
We are effectively living in a chernobyl -- bathing in an ocean of toxic testosterone destroying chemicals.
Unfortunately there's not just 1 thing that will help us.
Men, if you want to survive modern society you need to completely withdraw from what's normal and reorient your life around health & vitality.
At first it will require a herculean effort. But in the end it is well worth it.

Other than the seed oils, soy and terrible diet, I believe it's the lack of real goals people have to exert effort towards.
Technology has given us all our needs at a click of a button...
But humans are wired to want to drive towards higher...to climb a real hierarchy, exert effort, improve themselves, showcase their talents and change the world around them.

The best way to measure it is via a tissue analysis or prolactin
Prolactin is pretty much always elevated in men with hair loss and prostate cancers.
The reference range on prolactin has been rising over the past decades because average levels are increasing.
But prolactin > 6 usually means there is an issue.
