ive been doing this for like 4 years, ive been able to experiment and figure out what my boundaries are, what i share, and how i talk about my experiences in a way that works for me

there are other ways you can post in the hashtag that dont include photos of you or details you feel are too vulnerable. take some time to check in w/ yourself and really understand what your goals are with sharing and how you can accomplish them in a way that is healing for you.
