Dr Alkla: He's played great role in all field of law particularly IP jurisprudence
Going against the routine norm of interim injunction, J Bhat refused one to Cipla in public interest
Dr Alka: Supported RTI for CJI office
J Ravindra Bhat: Congrats on successfully completing the competition. Has distinction of being premier criminal law moot, students thoroughly research nuances and present cogent submissions, tasks which take seasoned advocates years to master.
J Ravindra: Thank the Luthras for keeping the legacy alive of this moot.
Nostalgic whenever at CLC events, drawn to it each time there's an interaction. CLC has produced tall jurists
J Ravindra: High fees quoted by criminal lawyers causes impediment to trials
In end there's loss of more than one life, that of deceased, accused and rose poorly represented.
Hope in future, equipped to assist those in need to neutralise our system and societies inequalities.
J Ravindra Bhat: Basics of securing bail and procedures for getting arraigned must be known. Hope you'll all cherish the experience, not about prize but the thrill of the race.
