thinking about lqr catching wwx at 4 in the morning in the kitchens, wwxs hand stuffed into the jar full of lqr’s favourite cookies

“what is the meaning of this?!” lqr fumes. wwx panics, shoving the jar behind his back and blurting out “I’m pregnant!”

bonus points if he’s not actually with child yet, he just panics and being himself comes up with the most ludicrous, out of pocket excuse in the hopes it will through lqr off his trail.

not this time though, because lqr believes him

still thinking a about accidental baby acquisition trope with lqr acquiring baby foxxian!

dragons are notoriously homogenous, rarely straying far from their mountains . lqr is on a routine hunt when he finds the tiny, shivering fox cub, napping in the middle of dragon territory

lqr almost steps on him, mistaking foxxian for a leaf he is so tiny

he managed to avoid at the last moment, the action causing his jade token to drop, right into the gap between little sleeping foxxians legs and body

“shi—“

lqr has no hands, being a dragon and all, so he instead has to lean down and gently nudge at foxxian with his head, trying to get the cub to roll over

unfortunately for him, foxxian wakes up, and is immediately presented with rows upon rows of shining, white teeth

wwx comes to class one day with an oddly shaped bulge in his robes, just over his stomach.

“Is he pregnant?” someone whispers in the back, followed by a yelp & a hiss of “shut up, jingyi!”

wwx smiles, turning to face the class, “There’s been a…situation. lz is now a rabbit.”

at first, there’s only silence.

then ljy laughs, too loud and too forced.

“w-what do you mean, senior wei? hanguang-jun could never be a rabbit —“

the bulge in wwxs robes starts to wiggle, and someone screams

“It’s alive!!”

slowly, a pink, twitching nose pushes out, followed by a fluffy white head upon which rest fluffy white ears.

the rabbit sniffs once, golden eyes narrowing in on one ljy, who immediately starts sweating

“h-hanguang-jun?” he trembles, eyes wide in disbelief.
