I am a civil activist from Uralsk, Dastan Bazenov, father of two children.
On 5 January at around 15:30pm, Detective Officer Askar #Zhumabekov and three other officers stopped my car.

Police officers illegally detained me and took me to the Abayevsky police station, interrogated me and then released me at around 6.30pm.

On 7 January 2022, police officers illegally broke into my house and took me away by force to the city's internal affairs department. Due to the lack of internet, they could not hold an online trial against me.

The judge was brought to the police station and a trial was held on the spot and I was sentenced under Article 488, part 11, to 20 days of administrative detention. The case was handled by investigator Yesei #Hairullin.
