In support, Zhanaozentsev sustained a gunshot wound to his right shoulder on 7 January 2022.
As he fell to the ground, the riot police twisted his arms and handcuffed him.

Then he was taken to the police station and beaten, and then taken by ambulance to the BSMP hospital.

There after the operation 3 days later, even without an official discharge by the doctors, he was taken to the department and given an administrative case for going out to a peaceful rally.

Jambos was illegally charged with 10 days of administrative detention. He was not given medical treatment in the detention centre and his wound has still not healed.

Jambos is being treated at home now, has been out of work for 2 months for health reasons and his health insurance has been cancelled.
