Divan: There is no investigation which is now pending, as far as the main case is concerned 19 persons have been convicted.
CJI: This pertains to just one shelter home. No investigation is done in other shelter homes.
Divan: That is wrong. We have conducted investigation in 16 cases
Counsel “In the recommendation of the CBI there was a recommendation to take departmental action against certain officers, my prayers are that the government is not taking the action. There was also a minister who was convicted.” #SupremeCourt
