We get more personal history where everything whites do is evil. Not just actions he reports but phrases like the white flight created suburbs that blacks then moved to seeking affordable safe neighborhoods. Why were these safe? Why did white flight happen?

We get more anecdotes and also details that he (child of the ‘70s/‘80s) did not know the history of racism in America. #doubt See teachers, that is your job to fix. Any ‘80s student knows this was a lie. Teachers today can feel like they’re breaking new ground. A vanguard!

America is an idea to these people and their idea is multicultural democracy that when we get together, we’ll all understand each other more & get along. 20th century urban experience does not support this. Reality says the opposite happens. Segregation is still an issue! #how

We get to equity & equality with a funny anecdote about bathrooms at stadiums. Why are there the same number of men/women bathrooms if women always have long lines hunh? Hunh? Demographics of fans & women’s habits might explain it but EQUITY demands more ladies’ rooms

They move goalposts here about graduation rates. We want systems where all graduate not just closing that black white gap. It is a weird demand for perfection. These are utopian impossibilities. This is to frame these crt angles as good for all. #doubt

There is a choice for teachers. Are you good and do good things that will get us to a utopia or an evil white nationalist enabling teacher? 75% of k-12 teachers are women. You think this framing will work on them?

The payoff action plan is how you, the teacher representative of the ruling ideology, can fight white nationalism, which relies on blogs and youtube. Read this section and laugh that this is the big boogeyman. Kids using WN stats & taking points vs. the authorities. Kids!

Check the “what you can do” section and the success story. Controlling what source is valid and legit. A teacher successfully deflected talking points including some from >GASP< Richard Spencer. Another girl used a symbol for a classroom discussion page. This is the big fear.

People focusing on the short Action Item section are missing the set up. Ward writes this laughable activist essay that hits every single note that the crt crowd wants to push, sets up a clear good v evil choice and *then* teachers get to read just what to do in class

Teachers are regime soldiers. This reveals the total control of discourse but fear the left still has. They cannot debate with facts, so just disallow them and declare the source invalid. Maybe your thugs beat up opponents. Control the debate just like online and in trad media

Does anyone believe a kid is citing Spencer? Students get hunted and punished for putting up “it’s okay to be white” papers. Is a teen really citing openly branded WN websites? The kid can just post FBI/CDC/DHS stats from the raw government sites and make the same argument.

This is just propaganda for the already liberal teachers to feel good about crt infused education modules even if the parents and nation does not support them. The teachers are the good guys in a righteous fight. They need this after the last year. It’s their pep talk.
