It is a request to both the States, let the water flow safely."
We intend to strengthening of the Committee and the Committee will have all the powers under the 2021 Act, let there be some problem then we'll look into it, you are anticipating everything, Justice Khanwilkar added.

Gupta: Milords then a person of the same rank would be required for the post of Chairperson.
We are prepared to co-operate with the Act.

J Khanwilkar: so let this be a temporary arrangement and then a permanent arrangement may be made.

Gupta: Milords then time limit may be set.
J Khanwilkar: You are not understanding, a half baked Cake will destroy the dam.
Bench: Mr Gupta, If you are insisting we'll completely change it, you have said that Committee doesn't require change and Chairperson may be Changed.

J Khanwilkar: The new committee will take some time to acclimatize with the issue. We cannot have experiments like this.
After regular interruptions from the Counsels, J Khanwilkar said that the order will be dictated tomorrow.
