Crude oil tanker GHIBLI - currently sailing under the flag of Liberia - set to arrive in the Spanish port of Algeciras today having loaded up in Ust-Luga Port, Leningrad Oblast, #Russia
GHIBLI in waters SE of the Rock. The Crude oil tanker is loaded with Russian oil & vessel tracking apps forecast her arrival in Algeciras port at 1600.
CM @FabianPicardo recently stressed #Gibraltar's rules already prevent any such vessel entering British Gibraltar Territorial Waters, receiving any port service or offloading any Russian cargo.

Chief Minister announces Covid tests by frontier for cross-frontier workers. Tests will also be available at the airport. Measures aim to ensure Gibraltar remains on the UK travel exemption list.
