I don’t know for certain if it’s authentic but it’s consistent w what we know occurred.

Some professional observations and speculation with this document:

180 pages and nearly no grammatical errors, the lack of Oxford comas and clean preparedness suggests considerable older peer review.

I don’t believe his manifesto was prepared alone by an 18 year old.
