Bei der #MICA (= MARKETS IN CRYPTO-ASSETS) Regulierung geht es darum einen europäischen Rahmen für #Kryptowährungen zu schaffen.
Sehr sinnvoll, denn neben vielen positiven Aspekten wie Blockchain gibt es durch Kryptowährungen auch Probleme für unsere Geld- & Finanzpolitik. 2/12
Regulierung gibt Plattformen & “Investoren” Sicherheit. Gemeinsame Regeln geben Schutz vor Missbrauch. Auf 🇪🇺 Ebene hat die Debatte nach der #Facebook Ankündigung zu #Libra 2019 Fahrt aufgenommen.
Im September 2020 hat die 🇪🇺Kommission ein Paket zu digital finance vorgelegt. 3/12

Erste Analyse des #NextGenerationEU Vorschlags der @EU_Commission: Mehr geht immer,aber die Struktur ist gut. Die 🇪🇺 Kommission schlägt eine gemeinsame Kreditaufnahme zur Finanzierung für europäische Investitionen vor. Das ist eine Chance für neue ökonomische Politik. (thread)
Statt Kürzungspolitik wird gemeinsam investiert. Statt Schattenstrukturen zu schaffen, wird (vorraussichtlich) transparent & demokratisch über den EU Haushalt investiert. Statt mit Krediten Schuldenstände zu erhöhen, stehen mehr Zuschüsse bereit. #EconTwitter #NextGenerationEU
