@OlafScholz is a lawyer and seasoned politician. He understands the danger that is #Russia today. He is aware of the revanchist and imperialistic mood of Russian population. He knows that Russian government structure is based on criminal 🧵

if 🇺🇦 will lose, they already preparing Russian population to march forward onto Poland and further. Yes, we know that 🇷🇺 army is impotent, but they have a stockpile of missiles from Soviet times that will last for years and they do not care about their soldiers, they will try.🧵

Russian army does care about reality, they will do what they told. On another side, Ukrainians will not stop fighting. They are prepared to retake their territories almost with bare hands. The mood is stoic, especially due to the atrocities in Bucha and other occupied towns. 🧵

Genocide that 🇷🇺 forces unleashed in 🇺🇦 is not easily forgotten. Ukrainians are fighting valiantly, but they lack tanks and artillery, especially long-range artillery. Some estimates state that Russians have 20 times more artillery and air support than Ukraine. 🧵

🇷🇺using scorched earth tactic - they use MLRS to burn everything standing, followed by Air assaults and then try to advance. Ukrainians despite disadvantage in artillery were able to maintain the ground for over 30 days. They are missing heavy weapons, MLRS and tanks to advance🧵

#Germany was one of biggest arm exporter to Russia since 2014, now @Bundeskanzler actively denying provision of weapons (not openly but covertly) to Ukraine. We see empty promises and active steps to prevent German industry to help Ukraine. Why?🧵

Some people question his ties with #Russia, some think that he is afraid of strong Ukraine. He is surely smart to understand that if #Russia wins - #Germany will lose. There is no going back to status quo. #Russia is too toxic and unstable. 🧵

🇷🇺 will not be able to win entire 🇺🇦 and part of 🇺🇦 will only be a temporary fix for losing 100k of 🇷🇺 soldiers. There will be another war coming where Russia will try to finish what it had started on Feb 24. 🇷🇺 will not be pacified or controlled. 🧵

Russia does not care about diplomacy, economy or well being of its population. Their dissidents are silenced or killed. 🇷🇺wants a place in the history books and understands only strength. 🇺🇦 knows that and that is another reason why they will not stop fighting until they win.🧵

Reminder for @Bundeskanzler @POTUS, @BorisJohnson @trussliz that Ukraine gave up all its missiles and air to surface missiles when signed the Budapest Memorandum. Some of the missiles that Russia is using to strike 🇺🇦 cities were given up by 🇺🇦 for safety by Russia, UK and US🧵

Irony. That’s why it is upsetting to see a delay in MLRS provision to 🇺🇦 and hear some discussions in the West about range of the missiles. Ukraine stated multiple times that they do not intend to invade 🇷🇺, they intend to de-occupy its territory. In truth, 🇺🇦 does not have 🧵

enough will, manpower and arms to venture into 🇷🇺 Ukrainians live in real world and able to assess their abilities. So what is the result of the delay by @OlafScholz – ongoing Ukrainian deaths in military and in occupied territories. Ukrainians will win with #German arms or not🧵

🇺🇦are too motivated and they know that they are fighting for their existence and to prevent more global future war. But they will remember and they will be a part of future Europe. 🧵

It is in interests of #Ukraine and #Germany to be allies and productive partners. They both will be in future Europe. Ukraine can give Germany vibrancy, courage and strength. Germany can give Ukraine knowledge, stability and wisdom. It is our hope that @OlafScholz will reconsider
