Well, @RonOrrMLA that just isn't true. The guarantee was removed in 1992. Which makes this decision by Kevin and Travis highly suspect and oppressive. #AbLeg #handsoff

No Ron. Just no. The ATRF WHICH IS A JOINT BODY HALF APPOINTED BY GOA told both the teachers and Travis that ATRF had demonstrably outperformed @aimcoinvests. #AbLeg

Even Kevin changed his public claims about returns pretty quickly, admitting the truth both privately and publicly.

But what really burns my nards is that @RonOrrMLA, Travis, and Kevin could not even be bothered to do a risk-adjusted return study. #AbLeg

The irony is rich when an MLA like @RonOrrMLA is disputing what the @ATRFPension Board, which is responsible to the GOA, says.

A pension that is JOINT between the GOA and the ATA, and yet major decisions affecting said fund are not discussed with the other partner? #AbLeg

Well let's see Ron, a major decision affecting the plan is made without involving the trustee. Sounds like a takeover to me.
