1/12 Ahead of our #AMA with @astraly on Wednesday, we wanted to share an overview on how the protocol works.🔍 Astraly is a launchpad built on #StarkNet, offering users the opportunity to invest in native StarkNet projects in an open and decentralised manner.

2/12 At the core of the protocol there are three components - staking, lottery, and #IDO. You may ask, how are they connected? We’ll cover all the above, as well as the team and product timeline below.👇

3/12 As a user, in order to participate in a coveted IDO on Astraly, users must first secure lottery tickets to enter into the draw. More lottery tickets = higher chances of getting #IDO token allocation🤝.

4/12 Through it all, you don’t have to worry about fairness because winners are drawn on-chain thru a Random Number Generator 🎱.

5/12 Lottery tickets are ERC-1155 and thus tradable as #NFTs. Staking Astraly tokens (xAstraly) gives users the ability to mint lottery tickets. Or alternatively, users can buy them on various NFT marketplaces.

6/12 Another way to boost your chances of getting allocation is to complete quests, like writing a thread or testing the product. Depending on the number of quests you’ve completed, you’d be able to add a booster rate onto your lottery ticket (i.e. 1.2x * 100 tickets).

7/12 Astraly will be launching their testnet imminently, having already open sourced their smart contracts and integrated with @yagi’s Keeper Network.

8/12 The team has also revealed plans to put in place a DAO later this year. While the Astraly token plays a central role to the protocol, the team has not announced the timing of the token debut just yet.👀

9/12 The core team is made up of 6 individuals, with Co-Founders @Starkneth and @0xevolve, as well as CMO @nikron_eth who will be on our Twitter Spaces today. ✨
