They admit to nearly every element of a conspiracy to run a fraudulent candidate, for the sole purpose of disenfranchising tens of thousands of voters' right to participate in the election, as well as admitting it was done to hurt a particular candidate while helping another.
Joe Aiello shares a business address with lawyer Jeffery Golub, pictured below. Also in the picture: County Commission Candidate Rob Feltner-who is the ostensible beneficiary of this fake candidate-and Brevard County Clerk of The Court Rachael Sadoff.
So, not only did the Libertarian candidate drop out all of a sudden, the write in jumped in at the same time. 🤔🤔🤔
Florida State Statute 104.011 says that any person who wilfully swears a false oath related to elections commits a felony. And he admits that the SOLE reason for his candidacy is not to seek the office, but to disenfranchise voters.
I ran for this seat, County Commission District 4, in 2018. In this video, I'm explaining the reason there are so many problems is bc of voters being disenfranchised. If you look at the comments under this video thread... 👀👀👀👀
"Austin Mark O'Brien, the write-in candidate in the race for the S. Brevard Commission seat now held by John Tobia, is the stepson of fmr Florida Rep. Ritch Workman, who now is Tobia's director of community affairs."
"Charbonneau says his entry as a write-in is a ploy to help Trudi Infantini win an Aug. 28 GOP primary against incumbent Curt Smith. "I'll do everything in my power to not have Curt elected, I don't want Curt to win. He's got strong Democratic support."
Of Course, when I hear anyone - let alone a sheriff, a state attorney, and a governor - being like, "we don't want the feds coming in here," I sort of reflexively think, they must be doing something illegal.
In that very same press conference, State Rep #RandyFine was helping to commit literal fraud while threatening a local School Board Member over this proven false complaint about "child abuse"
A month ago, a fraudulent candidate scheme was FINALLY prosecuted in Seminole County, but only after a federal investigation. I'm pretty sure the charges ommitted any reference to candidate oaths.
Ethics complaints in Florida tend to come up short if it involves Republicans. Idk what the statistics are on that, but no one should be surprised that ethics are so ephemeral in a commission appointed by DeSantis.
1/ Before Trump and the capitol rioters went ahead with the deadly coup attempt on #January6th, a seditious plan to use the govt to seize voting machines under authority granted by September 12 Executive Order #EO13848 took shape.
2/ That plan depended on an intelligence report due Dec 18th which was delayed. If the intel report arrived on time and said there was foreign interference, it would have created a (not quite)legal basis for re-running elections in select areas.
3/ Neither the military, homeland security, or DOJ could have legally seized voting machines and re-run elections. First suggested: using "constitutional sheriffs" under "posse comitatus" with fed support, but then decided, better to use USAID.
The ranking member of the Senate Intelligence Committee calling a public congressional hearing investigating a deadly attack on our nation's capitol that was part of a coup attempt... "garbage"?
