Clarence Thomas has clearly violated nearly all of 28 U.S. Code § 455. “(a) Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States **shall** disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.”
So, John Eastman argued in front of the Supreme Court on behalf of the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, a place where women go to be talked out of having an abortion (or crisis pregnancy center). These centers are usually run by Christian non-profit groups.👇🏼
Clarence Thomas wrote the majority opinion of the court, siding with Eastman + team. Eastman clerked for Clarence Thomas and ran with Ginni Thomas in conservative circles:
