⁍SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS of political interference have been asserted in formal Public Complaint against Commissioner LUCKI @CommrRCMPGRC for her decision NOT to open Canadian criminal investigation into downing of Flight PS752 (20210827).
Code of Conduct investigation underway.

🚩 @CommrRCMPGRC does «NOT» address alleged political interference by former Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness @BillBlair and Prime Minister's Office (PMO) @CanadianPM, or @JustinTrudeau.
🚩 She acknowledges BUT then completely sidesteps any direct and +

unequivocal statement that she(and herself alone)in fact made the decision to NOT open Canadian criminal investigation, free of any political interference.
🟥 IN BOTH INSTANCES, she bypasses the central concern - which she admittedly understands: presence of political pressure.

WHEN CONFRONTED during #Elxn44 (2021) campaign by a grieving family member of Flight PS752, Mehrzad ZAREI - who asks why no Canadian criminal investigation, @JustinTrudeau answers: "Because the crime happened in Iran."
SIMPLY SAID, the response by TRUDEAU is ⟨NOT⟩ truthful.

ONLY TWO (2) EXPLANATIONS:
EITHER TRUDEAU is ignorant about Canadian law, as it applies to Flight PS752 (in other words, misinformed by @JusticeCanadaEN@GAC_Corporate)
[NOT PLAUSIBLE]
Is Commissioner Brenda Lucki being truthful?

IN A SHORT ANALYSIS of the language, grammar and syntax, we'll evaluate @CommrRCMPGRC's 'own' words. We'll look closer at her written statement for signs of deception. +
It's reasonable to presume that this was prepared by (unidentified) others for Commissioner and likely is not exclusively her 'own' words. Irrespective, she has adopted it.
@CommrRCMPGRC fails to directly deny the allegation of political interference. The omission is glaring. +
People do not want to lie. They will settle on the easiest form of deception. It's easier for a person to be dishonest using "never" as opposed to directly telling a lie by saying "I didn't do it." A slight change in wording can reveal something a person may tend to withhold. +
