Judge denied motion to keep her from testifying, but agreed she couldn't talk about her broken vertebrae/concussion as she isn't a doctor. These are injuries Andy Ngo falsely tried to claim were faked.

Imagine sitting in court & watching yourself (Mack Lewis) planning an attack in front of a left wing infiltrator who is filming. Lewis objects to video evidence because Mack says he was there to film, video doesn't show his body cam & you can't tell when Mack speaks(You can).

The judge grants motion partially & says they can only show video of Lewis changing into helmet, tactical hard knuckled gloves, ect. and it will be muted to exclude audio of planning of attack by others (Willis, Drury, Kramer, ect). Gibson & Shultz weren't present here.

In opening statements, the state showed Gibsons livestream where he was yelling at left wing activists "do something, so something", that he was telling people to not break up the 1on1 fight and trying to get others to fight with Deme Cooper.
