“It is trampling and breaking of all agreements”, he told media after meeting with Kosovo Serb representatives in Serbia.
This is happening the day before the implementation of Kosovo's reciprocity measures on Serbian licence plates. Starting tomorow, plates will need to be covered with stickers at the border and IDs replaced with temporary forms, as 🇽🇰 citiziens are obliged to do when entering 🇷🇸

The mayor of South Mitrovica, Bedri Hamzaj, told local Kosovo broadcaster TV1 “Regarding the south, the situation is under control. There is no provocation".

Kosovo President @VjosaOsmaniPRKS called on Kosovo Serbs not to fall prey of “Belgrade propaganda” claiming the reciprocity measure is in favor of all citizens. “The attempts of @avucic for the destabilization of 🇽🇰, who is being served by methods of his mentor Putin, will fail”.
The US ambassador to Kosovo Jeffrey Hovenier told the media the decisions on reciprocity on licence plates and IDs are in line with the dialogue with Serbia, however, he asked Kosovo Albin Kurti led government to postpone the implementation for 30 days.
"I have asked the Kurti government to postpone the implementation of this decision for 30 days. We do not support the establishment of barricades, the way of dialogue between the parties must be found," Hovenier told media after a meeting with Kurti and 🇽🇰 President Vjosa Osmani.

Serbian president @avucic said KFOR commander will meet Srpska lista president Goran Rakic at midnight in north part of Mitrovica.

Protesters are rallying in Belgrade tonight after Serbian President unveiled plans to lock down the country. This announcement would mean that citizens could not leave their homes starting at 6pm on Friday until 5am on Monday.
