Counsel for MMRCL: The stay on cutting will continue.

Justice Lalit: We take it that not a single tree has been cut.

Order: Time given to place certain additional documents. Matter to be listed before on Tuesday.

Mr Rukimini Bodbe, counsel for MMRCL, submits that her clients have already filed an affidavit saying no trees have been or will be cut as per earlier order.

Order: The said undertaking by the MMRCL director has already been taken on record and it shall be strictly bound by the same.

Justice Bhat: There are 13-14 paper books, which ones are you going to refer to (to Sr Adv Anitha Shenoy, counsel for Petitioners)? Please coordinate among you three counsel and file a common compilation so that we don't have to keep jumping between papers.

Shenoy: We have, MMRCL has to.

Justice Bhat: Atleast speaking for myself i won't go through another compilation of the same document.

Justice Lalit: Mr Chitnis and Ms Bobde please don't replicate anything, file only additional documents.
