The Commission should play a leading role in building them: “In the current conditions, it is important to determine the mechanisms for leveling the consequences of restrictions that countries are forced to introduce unilaterally.”

◾️Currently, the countries of the Union are faced with a serious increase in prices, especially for food products. Thus, over six months, prices in the EAEU increased by an average of 12.9%: “We see serious distortions in the exchange rates between our national currencies.

<...> This has a tangible impact on trade and #Inflation processes.” The prime minister suggested holding relevant consultations with the central banks of the EAEU countries and making proposals for the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Council.

◾️Free transit of goods must be ensured for the development of exports of the EAEU countries. A useful step could be the modernization of the infrastructure of the Eurasian transport corridors in the East-West and North-South directions:
