Day 6 - Breakfast @bioandmeuk Gluten Free Granola - which is packed full of stuff, but added Hemp (79), Dates (80), Puffed Sorghum (81), Walnuts (82), and Quinoa (83)
Also @bioandmeuk Gut Loving Prebiotic Yoghurt which added Mango Alphonso Puree (84) and Chicory Root (85)
Day 6 - Dinner
Had a lovely dinner that included Green Olives (86), and Broccoli Calabrese (87).
I also had Chocolate (88) for desert.
