🚨 #DelhiHighCourt to continue hearing bail plea of Umar Khalid, accused of larger conspiracy cases concerning #DelhiRiots of 2020. The plea is a challenge to a Delhi court order which found his role in the Delhi Riots conspiracy “apparent”, rejecting his bail plea
Special Public Prosecutor Amit Prasad continues arguing. The bench has asked him to conclude his arguments today.

Prasad stated that all the statements refer to the names and all these names are mentioned in the FIR.

The bench noted that SPP Amit Prasad has concluded his statements.

Earlier, Special Public Prosecutor Amit Prasad had informed the Court that WhatsApp group chats show that the Shaheen Bagh was not an organic protest site, it was a created protest site, and the people were mobilized.
