As many of you know, #Crew96 ownership recently announced their intention to hold a fundraiser for regressive MAGA extremist JD Vance.

That doesn’t sit well with me or the members of my community, so we’ve decided to do something about it.

First, we’re holding a fundraiser of our own.

While JD Vance is downtown in a swanky ballroom at the Athletic Club surrounded by millionaires and billionaires, we’ll be in Franklinton registering people to vote and raising money for Ohio’s next senator: @TimRyan.

That’s the difference between the candidates, folks.

Billionaires are raising money for JD Vance, because THEY are who he fights for and reports to.

Working class people are raising money for Tim Ryan, because WE are who he cares about and WE are who he fights for.

The date of our fundraiser? The same day as the downtown billionaire fundraiser: Wednesday 9/21 from 6-8pm.

(We’re going to start ours an hour later than theirs, because we have jobs that we can’t leave in the middle of the afternoon.)
