SG: first segment of petitioners could not do their clinical practice, which we call residency.

We said come here and do residency. Using diplomatic relationships with Ukraine for students.. Our personal goodwill we ensured that they get their degrees.

SG: The second set were permitted to do their online studies and complete final year, and residency here.

The third lot are those who are in first, second and third year.
